Lowfat cottage cheese is a good alternative to the Greek yogurt.
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt or lowfat (2%) cottage cheese
1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Small handful slivered almonds, pecans, walnuts or other raw nuts
Thin drizzle of honey
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
