What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

The Big M - Menopause.

For years menopause was shrouded in mystery and hushed conversations, mostly centered around hot flashes and unwanted weight gain. But the tides have changed and menopause is now getting the attention it has always deserved, largely thanks to Dr. Mary Claire Haver.

Dr. Mary Claire Haver is a board-certified OB-GYN and culinary medicine specialist who is passionate about demystifying menopause healthcare. With over 4 million followers on social media, Dr. Haver is recognized as a thought leader and author who provides valuable advice for women going through different stages of menopause.

She aims to "demystify menopause" and promote self-advocacy for women's health. This led her to publish her second book, The New Menopause, which is now a #1 New York Times Bestseller.

In anticipation of this interview, my podcast producer, Amanda Bennett, and I decided to take a new approach and BOTH drill Dr. Haver with questions. Some of the big takeaways for us after this conversation were:

  • Menopause is not just a few hot flashes; it is the beginning of a decrease in health span and is associated with various health issues.
  • There is a lack of training and education for healthcare providers in menopause care, leading to a gap in knowledge and support for women.
  • Women need to be advocates for themselves and seek out information and support for menopause.
  • Menopause hormone therapy can be safe and beneficial for cardiovascular health, bone health, mental health, and body composition.
  • Taking a holistic approach to menopause, including nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and sleep optimization, can contribute to a positive midlife experience.
