What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Did you know…?

The average adult will go on a diet nearly 160 times over the course of their life.

When your eating habits are pretty inconsistent, but you still have real goals for your body, you don’t know where else to turn…it’s always that time to rein it in, restrict, and diet all over again.

But what if you didn’t do that anymore? And at the same time, what if you also got a handle on your overeating and emotional eating?

I have Sabrina Magnan on the show with us today. She is an Intuitive Eating Health Coach and host of the Live Unrestricted Podcast. And this is her specialty - She helps chronic dieters find freedom from overeating, binge eating, emotional eating and food obsession by healing their relationship with food & their bodies. If you’re always bouncing from one diet to the next, turn this one up.

I’m excited about this conversation because…

most of the women that listen to this podcast struggle with their nutrition, but have also spent years bouncing from one diet to another, and STILL don’t feel like they’re actually a healthy eater.

But I think we probably need to start with some awareness first - there are some women that don’t realize that they are, in fact, a chronic dieter - they simply see themself as someone that needs to lose weight and does the things to make that happen.

(Here are some of the questions I asked Sabrina):

  1. What does a “chronic dieter” look like? What are the telltale signs?
  2. What are some of the physical and emotional dangers of being a woman that’s always bouncing from one diet to another?
  3. How does one begin healing their relationship with food when they've been dieting for so long?
  4. One major reason why women turn to diets again and again is that they’re really dealing with specific eating challenges that are sabotaging their health and goals. Can you help us work through some of these struggles and give us some real solutions in these situations?
  5. Overeating and binge eating
  6. Emotional eating/stress eating

Quotes from this episode:

“Step back and really evaluate the actual damage that is being done by the chronic dieting.”

“Start with the end in mind. Picture yourself when you’re 60, 70, 80 and imagine the habits that you hope you’ll have then. And then reverse engineer it, starting those habits now.”

“Intuitive eaters have a ‘normal’ relationship with food.”
