What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Do you struggle with consistency and sticking with your routine?

Well, you’re definitely not alone. Over and over again, women are telling me that they have great intentions and they know what they need to do, they just can’t get consistent with their habits.

So Liz Revilla is joining me on the show again today. She’s a registered dietitian and also leads the FB group for this show, and we’re going to give you some really good tips and tricks that actually do work to fix your consistency issues once-and-for-all so you can get the results you want.

Do you have all the best intentions, and you know what you need to do, but you just can’t get consistent with it?

Here are some of the notes from this phenomenal podcast discussion between Liz and I:

  • Liz, what are you seeing as one of the biggest mindset and general habit struggles that women are battling right now? Consistency - needing to be more consistent with their habits so that they can actually make progress.
  • Descriptions of this consistency struggle and what this looks like in real life for the average woman - Some quick examples of how this CONSISTENCY problem plays out in real life.
  • [Discussion] How is it that we can be so consistent in other areas of our lives, but there’s something about fitness and nutrition that is SO HARD to get consistent with?
  • [Let’s empathize] How does constantly struggling with consistency make the listener feel? In what ways is this really frustrating and discouraging?
  • How does this consistency problem ultimately have a direct impact on our health? It leads to the YoYo lifestyle.
  • What are some common tactics out there that the listener may have tried to overcome their inconsistency that just don’t work? Why don’t these tactics work? (Sheer grit and determination, accountability partners, tracking apps.)
  • What are three things that the listener can do instead to overcome her consistency struggles? Some of my own thoughts:
  • Recognizing that it is a million times harder to be consistent with something that’s hard. Start simple and build up gradually.
  • Have some accountability. Don’t try to make healthy changes in a vacuum.
  • Other thoughts: don’t rely on motivation, ditch the perfectionism mindset
  • We share our own experience with how these tactics have helped us overcome the same struggles.
