What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Did You Know?

Did you realize that there’s a gigantic system in your body, all throughout your body, that impacts every organ, your cells, your hormones, your muscles? It’s one of the MOST important systems for your health, but you probably never think about it. I guarantee it’s never top of your mind, but it should be.

It’s your connective system, your fascia, and it’s extremely important for how your body feels and functions every day.

Anna Rahe is joining us on the podcast today.

At 18 years old, she felt and moved like she was 80…everything from her gut to her muscles just ached. She was unable to get any clear answers from every elite professional, which began her journey into understanding the body’s most pervasive and complex system, the fascial network. She has done extensive study in the fields of physics, biomechanics, and a myriad of movement methods and manual body work techniques. She’s also a member of the Fascia Research Society.

If you’re looking for the missing piece on how you can feel your best everyday, this might it!

In this enlightening conversation, we delve into the often-overlooked topic of fascia, the connective tissue that plays a crucial role in overall body health. Anna teaches us all about the structure and function of fascia, its relationship with hydration, the signs of unhealthy fascia, and how aging and hormonal changes can impact its health.

You’re going to learn the importance of movement and practical tips for maintaining healthy fascia throughout your body.

Key Takeaways

  • Fascia is a type of body tissue that connects everything in the body.
  • Hydration is crucial for fascia health, as it is made up of 70% water.
  • Movement is essential for maintaining healthy fascia; it needs to be animated regularly.
  • Signs of unhealthy fascia can manifest as unexplained aches, fatigue, and digestive issues.
  • Aging affects fascia health, making it important to focus on movement and hydration as we get older.
  • Menopause can impact fascia due to hormonal changes, leading to increased sensitivity and discomfort.
  • Many common exercise practices can inadvertently damage fascia by restricting its natural movement.
  • Incorporating small, dynamic movements throughout the day can significantly benefit fascia health.
