What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

You’re probably thinking about your habits all wrong. And I bet that when you feel like you’ve failed at your habits, you’re thinking about that wrong, too. It’s easy to get hell-bent on perfection or lost in procrastination, but your still soul craves progress.

Monica Packer is joining us on the podcast this week. She’s the host of the podcast “About Progress” and a coach to countless women that need help getting practical and realistic about their habits.

If you want to know why you struggle so much with consistency and sticking with your routines, and you find yourself constantly discouraged by how your habits look, this episode is for you.

In this conversation, we’re discussing the unique challenges women face in habit formation, emphasizing the impact of invisible labor and the need for supportive habits. Our discussion really highlighted the importance of flexibility in habits, the necessity of embracing failure, and the shift in mindset required to foster personal growth and self-care.

Here were some of my favorite takeaways:

  • Women often feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities, impacting their ability to form habits.
  • “Invisible labor”, the unseen work women do, significantly affects habit formation. So traditional habit methods are often designed by men and may not suit women's needs.
  • Habits should be viewed as supportive tools rather than rigid requirements.
  • Flexibility in habits is crucial for consistency and success.
  • Failure is a natural part of the habit formation process and should be embraced.
  • Women need to adopt a mindset of 'do something' rather than 'do everything.’
