Unlocking The Power Of Your Cycle with Renae Fieck

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Unlocking The Power Of Your Cycle

Ok, you are going to love this conversation today.

When it comes to our monthly cycle, we all have a tendency to treat certain times of the month as weak and other times as strong. When it’s that time of the month, we can feel beat down, pathetic and puny and just not fully ourselves. And then at other times, we’re on point! But my guest today is turning this whole concept on its head. She’s going to help us see our cycles differently, and help us unlock the power of our cycles and tap into our true strengths no matter what time of the month it is.

(And before you check out because you don’t have a normal menstrual cycle - this episode is STILL for you. We’re actually going to talk about what you can still do if you don’t bleed and have normal periods.)

My guest is Renae Fieck, a mom of 3 and occupational therapist. She helps women optimize their time and energy through unlocking the power of their cycles so that they can be thriving high achievers. Through her method she helps women balance the demands of life, make a bigger impact, and get bigger results without adding more stress or needing more time.

We’re going to talk about specifically what you can focus on during each week of your cycle to maximize your abilities, and ultimately how to trust yourself and your intuition about your body. This is amazing, you’re going to love it.
