What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

How often are you getting stuck because you’re just not sure what you’re supposed to prioritize first and you can’t figure out the perfect order of your day? Like when that workout is SUPPOSED to happen? Or when all of your meals are SUPPOSED to happen?

I’m honored to have Angi Schneider on the show today… she’s a grandma, a homeschooling mom, she’s taking care of her husband full time who has cancer, and she’s got a whole flock of chickens to feed, too.

And her biggest goal was always to just be STRONG for all of it, as she gets older…but her perfectionism kept her stuck. And her consistency suffered.

Angi is going share with us the lightbulb moment that made all the difference in the world, and I have a feeling it’s going to significantly impact your habits, too.

Some favorite quotes from this episode:

“Other people can help clean the kitchen for me, but only I can exercise for me.”

“I realized that if I was going to have to wakeup and workout first thing in the morning, it was NOT going to be sustainable for me.”

“I got stuck wondering what to prioritize first. I was paralyzed because I thought I was going to make the wrong decision.”

Here are some of the questions I asked Angi in this interview:

  1. Now, for all of us I know that some variation of perfectionism is such a common struggle, especially with fitness and nutrition. So for you, in exactly what ways had you been trying to do things perfectly? Why did you feel like it needed to be done this way - what led you to thinking this?
  2. Tell me how that perfectionist thinking really held you back from making progress and getting results?
  3. When did the crucial mindset shift away from perfectionism occur for you and what did that look like? What were some very important factors that allowed this shift to happen?
  4. How has this difference in your mindset impacted your consistency?
  5. What are some of the non-scale wins that you’ve experienced that you love celebrating?
  6. Ok, to wrap up I always like to leave moms with one simple action step or piece of advice that they can hold on to for TODAY. What is one simple thought or tip that you would encourage everyone listening to implement …… ?
