What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Nobody is goal-setting this time of year. January feels like ages ago, and so does that vision board, your word of the year you came up with, or those health and fitness goals that you set for yourself way back then.

Which is exactly why I asked Cara Harvey to come on the show with me today to talk about goal-setting - yes, in March. You need this. We have to circle back and take a look at this again if you want to make progress this year.

Cara is a mom and a business owner, and the host of the “Purpose Driven Mom Show” and the author of The 15-Minute Formula. She works as a productivity coach and teaches women how to actually reach their goals and be productive in the ways they want without hustle, shame, or guilt.

If you feel like you’re way off track and have a long way to go to get the results that you want, you need this one.

Here’s a quick overview of our interview together:

Hey Cara, I have been excited to bring you on the show because we’ve known each other for a couple years now, and I know that we have the same philosophy when it comes to creating goals, setting expectations, and actually making forward progress. So thank you so much for being here today!

How’s your back feeling? (Cara participate in both my Back Fix program and my Jumpstart 30, Jumpstart 60 programs.)

I’m excited about this conversation because it’s March, which is not the typical time of the year to talk about goal-setting. But maybe it’s a good thing to circle back and assess our goals at an unconventional time of year.

  • Even though it’s not necessarily the new year, why is goal setting important even now and how should we go about creating realistic goals for ourselves?
  • A lot of women listening feel like they have a long way to go to being their healthiest self, and it can be really overwhelming and discouraging. In your opinion, what’s the best way to break down BIG goals in a way that doesn’t make us feel overwhelmed?
  • Why do you think the 'all or nothing mentality' is harmful when it comes to your goals?
  • One thing that I have baked into all of my coaching programs is the “habit stacking” approach, which is a game changer for getting to where you want to be. In your words, can you break down for us what “habit stacking” is and why it works so well?

Ok, we’re all about tangible, doable action around here, so to wrap up I always like to leave women with one simple action step that they can put into place TODAY.

  • What is one simple thought or tip that everyone listening should put into practice today?
