What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What to do & what not to do when training your upper and lower body

Mirror muscles? Lunge jumps? Light weights/high reps? Oh boy, we’re covering the good stuff today! In this quick series about “fixing your stuff”, we’re systematically tackling how to create strong fitness foundations for yourself – what it means and how it looks to have a really strong body. If you want strong, powerful and resilient arms and legs, it’s so important to have good posture (alignment) and a strong core first.

But now, let’s get to the rest of your body and learn what TO DO and what NOT TO DO when training your arms and legs. A good total body workout is so much more than just spot training trouble spots, targeting specific muscles, and doing light weights for high reps.

On this episode, we’ll talk all about the “mirror muscles”, why movements matter, the right sets/reps scheme, and how to follow the proper progressions so you don’t get hurt.

Do NOT skip over this episode if you’re on the quest for the strongest and healthiest version of yourself!
