What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

The Shocking Truth About Postpartum Recovery

One major regret I have in life is not training my body properly when I was first postpartum. I did nothing specific to encourage my body to heal properly, and I even did things that made the situation worse. I didn’t fully understand Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor health, and the needs of postpartum moms...but I do now. (And it’s never too late to work on this stuff!)

I don’t want you to experience what I did - I want you to be intentional and focused with your postpartum training efforts. In this episode, I’m going to teach you the most important tips for postpartum fitness, what to focus on at various stages, the safest and best things to do that will set you up for future success, and the specific framework you need that encourages your post-baby body to heal and return to full strength.

So whether it’s been a long time and you don’t “think” you’re postpartum anymore or you had your baby last week, you’re going to get something out of this episode.

In Summary

Don’t rush the healing process - if you do this well, you can renew your strength and function and discover a side of you that’s perhaps stronger than you ever imagined. Mom life is intense, and we need you to be as strong as you possibly can be and feeling your best.

If you need specific and intentional guidance with this, I would LOVE to help you, no matter what stage you’re at. Whether you’re 2 weeks postpartum or 2 decades. If you know that pregnancy changed your body and you just don’t feel the same, and you want to feel put together and strong again, then I want to invite you to do my Postpartum Renew program with me. I completely remove the guesswork out of everything I just taught you and hold your hand through the entire process.
