Perfect Perspective!

I was looking for a good podcast that gave practical advice on fitness and nutrition for mommas and was having a hard time. Then I came across this and read the description that it came with a Christ-centered perspective, and I couldn’t believe it! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for, and more! I’m only a few episodes in but I am already encouraged and have started making small changes.
