I’m a huge fan of yoga - the body awareness, the balance, the breathing, the flexibility. But while I’m a professional strength coach and I love practicing yoga myself, I’ll be the first to admit that I am NOT a yoga instructor. So, today I have the pleasure of interviewing Lisa Johnston, an experienced yoga instructor that has incredible insight on how yoga can be integrated into your workout routine.
